I actually feel bad when complaining about indie games because they're usually made by one person and with a lot of effort, but unfortunately this game was pretty bad.
First of all, because everything had the same muddy-rusty brown colour, it is barely possible to navigate through the hallways.
The enemies have unreasonable hitboxes and invisible projectiles, so it's impossible to combat without taking damage unless you sneak on a corner and snipe all the enemies - which was how i beat the entire game. Speaking of enemies, the enemy AI is inexistent. I finished the second level without even taking any damage and i'm not even sure if the turrets noticed me at all. Wasn't it supposed to be a bossfight ?
İn conclusion, it was a little game with an interesting setting, but it's completely ruined.
you're right, you should feel bad for treating a person's free game project as if it were a triple A, not because it's mine, but in general, still, I appreciate you playing it, if you still feel like suffering more and better, there are two more volumes of this game, greetings
Just found this game on a random chance, thought that I might give it a whirl, I understand that this is just some passion project, not a high budget thing, but to summarize the pros and cons:
- Story concept: interesting, but not unique
-Guns: only 3 (understandable) and lacking that BOOM feeling, especially the shotgun
-Enemies: Lacking variety (understandable), Switch from hitscans to Projectile based, or balance the hitscan attacks.
-Level design: nothing much to say, It's not overly complicated yet not too simple either
-Music: Synthwavy, not too bad
-Graphics: looks like Quake, with the metal walls and brown color pallete
That's all I had to say, hope this feedback helps!
Love the game but I wish it would detect my Xb1 controller :( As for critique I'd add an option/button press to skip the intro. That and be able to access the option menu during gameplay and allowing you to exit the game through there as well.
this is a pretty cool game with lots of potential, however, the enemies are a little to strong for the first level but a cool art style and pretty neat non-linear gameplay. I am a big fan of non-linear shooters, so keep coming out with more levels!
however I do have a few small complaints, the first room was a little confusing on what to shoot, this could be solved by the shootable object to stand out a little more, this could be achieved by lighting or a glowing animation. the voice at the beginning, in English at least, was hard to understand.
otherwise a pretty solid game! keep up the good work!

Why is this under the TIC-80 tag? Its not a TIC-80 game. Its a unity-based game.
True, it would confuse me with the "80s"
